If you want to add the field to the sign up form and show it somewhere else you need to modify the code to extract this new field. It's better to place new field on the profile creation page (Studio->Forms->Persons/Orgs->6 displays->Add Person/Org). Then you may show it in the View Info form from the Info page block.

What if i want to just rename the Field name ? from " Account Name " to something else....... can i do that? and where > i can't seem to find it.. Thanks

Every similar text can be corrected via the Studio->Polyglot app. Visit the Text Keys area there, enter the phrase which you want to change and correct the proper language key form the found list.
