Comment to Time field is not working

I wonder if the server is not allowing the script-exe to execute. Might see it as a virus?

I could create the time and date time field on the mentioned form:

Usually it means that the hosting doesn't allow such permissions on the site. And yes, it is a wrong thread for such question :-)
