Hi @Al Barnes , I'm sorry, but Jerome is known for this. Fortunately, it's not a big problem.

If you have the opportunity, open the CLUBS module folder and go to /install/sql/.  

First run the command from disable.sql in your database.  

After that, open uninstall.sql and run that as well.

Then clear the Studio cache and everything should be fine.

But do not reinstall the module again! it seems it is not compatible with your UNA version.
