Baloo there is already big list of disposable emails are blocked:

You can  add more by executing the following query: 

INSERT IGNORE INTO `bx_antispam_disposable_email_domains` (`id`, `domain`, `list`) VALUES

(NULL, 'dirtymail.com', 'custom_blacklist');
