Cloud Solutions Circle

For a client of ours we are asked to integrate our application with their already existing UNA Cloud instance. 

We where planning on using the existing API for that.

Is this even possible? Since the documentations states that for use of the api the record in the bx_oauth_clients  table must be altered. And I'm assuming that direct access to the database isn't possible on the cloud instance.
