Una is tottaly broken here.

I already cleaned cache, ctrl+F5 (hundred times), reinstalled from cpanel, opened in other browser... no sucess. Someone can tell me why this is happening? I cannot login either.

In Login, I receive this message

And I spend 2 hours trying to solve the problem, cleaning the cache from host, PC, browser... and had no effect. The layout still broken and I still unable to login.
