By default, Moderators are able to see user's IP addresses, is there any way I can limit the roles that can view user IP addresses?

I tried to upload a video to my site but it gave me this error.

How do I fix this?

When I upload a video on the timeline, it just says that it will show when it is converted. However this was 2 days ago and it still doesn't show, how do I get the post to show videos?

As soon as I refresh the page, it goes away entirely.
