Hello UNA Team and Community,

I’m encountering an issue while attempting to upgrade my UNA CMS installation from version 14.0.0-RC2 to 14.0.0. During the upgrade process, I receive the following error:

“Enabling site maintenance mode failed”

Has anyone else experienced this issue during the upgrade? Are there any recommended steps to resolve this problem and successfully complete the upgrade?

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
