I do not know if it's a good idea, open a popup in a popup, or a new page, and then close this to refresh, it seems complicated. Also about good ideas, I suggest you take a look here and here :-)
There is so much to do yet, and many that we look forward to. It's always a problem of priority, and for now I think it's better to consolidate, tweak and fix 10 ...
