    By default, Jot Messenger has its own statuses, there are 3 types: Online(green circle), Away - (orange circle), Offline - (empty bordered circle). These 3 types start to work only when member opens Jot Messenger page/block and is connected to the server. 

    UNA-s online status are intended to show if the member is login to the site or not.

    • Hello Alexey, yes, you're right, seen like that it's not inconsistent in fact, it just seems strange at first in the particular case where the messenger block is on the homepage. Thank you for the clarification
