Are you using Froala "insertImage" toolbar button? If so, it looks like the "see more" link is missing. I attached screenshots of my experience with it. 

P.S. The guy in the photo is Matsudaira Harusato (Fumai) and he was a renowned tea ceremony master in Edo Period Japan.
