This was not a bug but my error:
I tried to reorder the sys_privacy_groups table to make the ordering of visibility groups in a different way.
And I changed the ids of each group this caused a mess.
When I copy back the original table it was alright again.
What i was trying to do is to have members in first place then friends then the others.
