What do the SLAs (Service level agreements) say? This would be between UNACMS and vendors who offer their services and products to unacms clients (Mind the open-source policies that should not be ignored and can play a major role in service delivery)

Please note that I had engaged with both unacms team members and Jerome on a personal level. Therefore my capacity shifted from being a professional to personal gain letting me feel special and as if we were friends for a very long time.
If any business wishes to be successful, it requires for such to operate on a framework that complies with international standards like ISO or ITIL .
Owners and stakeholders do own the rights and use their discretion as see fit, but with caution. If a decision was made and compromised the success of the business, well.. the only way out is to fall back to policies, pay the penalty, and learn from it.
I conclude by saying... unacms and counter-parts have changed my world and remain my family, but when it comes to debating business issues, we have to put feelings aside and try very hard to fix what is broken and understand that the framework guides us in making the perfect decisions... There is an old saying "It's simply business, so don't take it personally"
Frameworks like ISO or ITIL are being put together by "Best Practice", the mother of them all...
