Comment to Push Messages in Queues

Under push notifications in studio->settings, try setting the send to an individual number high. It is defaulted at 2. Set it it 100 and see if it clears the queue.
I'm wondering if one user is getting a lot of alerts (are you testing?) and the system is only sending out 2 per cron run?
Again, I'm just making educated guess. I will sign up and try OneSignal this weekend.
