Thank you for the suggestions, there are no such plans for now, however it maybe someone will do it in some custom template.

  Great sigh Alex. Currently, there are then 3 types of photo with different treatments, the profile photo, the photo module, and the album module.
  A photo is a photo, members do not understand the difference, and for those who come from my site dophin, they do not understand why their profile picture is not in the Outline.
