If you need help from anyone, they would need to see the Log or Report in this case. Either you can give remote access to ABQSoft or send them the report. Without that even God aka #AndrewBoon can't help.
Yes, but it is in unacloud, so no ftp access (if I understand correctly), it's still not his fault if he does not receive error reports. so what solution to his problem, that god can know :-)
