It is the same procedure as for other fields - go to the Studio->Forms->Persons->Edit person display and click the link in the Visible for column near every new field. You may set the list of permission levels that should see that field there. In the Add person display all those fields should be disabled.

  Thanks a lot @LeonidS. It works. That's a smart way of doing things. Visibility on the Edit page also works as Permission based on membership levels. I didn't thought about that. I have usually thought that the Visibility setting on the 'Edit' page also applies to the 'View' page, they were connected. Glad to know that they are actually separate things. Once again, thanks.
