Hello Richard, no there is no way for the end user to create a field. But why not create a single field "ingredients" in which the user indicates:

"-250 g flour -2 tsp. olive oil -15 cl cold water -2 Tbsp. hot water -1 pinch powdered sugar -15 g yeast fresh baker -1/2 tsp. salt"

But I'm not sure I understand what you want to do, you have to give more details about what you want to get ...
