  • Most internet users have an intense sense of urgency. No one wants to click twice if it can be avoided. Same for the "hamburger" menu, which admittedly is needed on small mobile screens. Same for Search icons which open another page. Nor do they want to look at a long row of tiny reaction icons and try to figure out what they mean... A short row may be cool to some users, true.

    The last I heard, mobile is bigger than desktop and laptop combined. UNA was built, in fact, upon the objective of "mobile first".

    In Africa, they say, more people have a smart phone than running water. So, we must simplify where possible and satisfy these users.

    Oh my, I am really wandering off the subject...
