Is this happening during hitting the "check updates" link?
It seems that this is something wrong with the server's SSL configuration.

If you can provide us with a FTP access we can manually update the binary for you by uploading the latest version directly via FTP. Or provide us with your email so we could send you the latest version of that binary so you could upload it yourself - this should also work.
