Usually, such kind of actions allow to assign points for two persons: points for action's executor and content owner. Seems like in your settings you deduct points from action executer also and thus admin loses the points when removes the content.
We've corrected involved persons list for some of the actions and now points may be deducted from author also. Can you please specify which exactly action do you mean?
