I have had complaints from 2 users about this (out of about 6 that are active on UNA 11.0.1 B1).  If profile A continues to interact with the secret group at a high rate, the only thing profile B can do is disable all of the notifications for comments of friends, because they don't want to keep clicking on links that don't give them access to content.  I think this should be considered in upcoming versions.
