The deal was in the independent license from the current domain. So the core of UNA was upgraded but all apps stuck on the previous versions. After the resetting of license and the visit to the Apps market again, we could see the many items in the "Updates" area (with Polls etc). So after Polls upgrade to the latest version, the error has gone away.
