    I would like to see the one registration page, customizable of course, allow the profile type to be selected as well:

    First Name  Last Name

    Email Address

    Create Password

    Date of Birth

    Location

    Custom Info Line #1

    Custom Info Line #2

    Membership Selection: [Standard] [Premium] [Paid Level #1]

    (Payment info populates if required due to membership level)
