No, your process will require the integrated "UNA Connect" module installed on Horde. As this possibility isn't quite possible, then your UNA will require the developed app like "Hoder connection". So for now, there is no ready tool for it.

  It can be used for Una Connect. If you have two Una sites. You install OAuht2 which will generate the key pair Ks and Kp on site UNA1. On UNA2 you install Una Connect in which you will enter Ks and Kp. UNA1 users will be able to join UNA2 with UNA1 login information.
