Yes, we are preparing a major overhaul of our pricing, which also includes various fixed service packages. 

As for the apps configuration/publishing - it takes as about 8-10 hours to package iOS+Android apps currently (so we usually recommend X1 plan for that). A lot of this time goes into coordinating access to App Store and Google Play with the client, including issues with Apple and google 2FA. Publishing apps under our own account takes much less time - 4-5 hours on average, or even less if we bundle orders and publish multiple apps in one day. So, as a guidance, it may still cost around $800-1000 to publish to Client’s accounts, and around $400-500 to publish to ours. If, however, we publish to our accounts there must be an ongoing service subscription plan established, allowing for updates and maintenance. Current thinking that it will be offered under Business plan at around $500/mo mark which will include mobile apps maintenance, dedicated project management and 5-hour custom service allowance..
