Fabio, did you check if the cron setup is same to what Alex shows on this post? I thought mine wasn't encoding either but it encoded 24-hours later because my cron setup was wrong.

Yes Devin i have add cron job is running every minute, it should look like this:
* * * * * php -q /replace_with_full_path_to_una/periodic/cron.php
but do not work, how resolve? thanks
