Thx Alex T, works for now on the event page itself, but

• works not for the event calendar (still shows 12h am+pm)
• solves not the problem, that the event datetime format should be set and shown according to the timezone which is set adding/editing an event,  or am I completely wrong?

will this prob be part of some coming RCs?
