Also, if you have an established company, try calling Amazon or GCP and ask for startup credits - it is often easy to get up to 5-10K worth of credit for year from them and setup on their cloud. GCP gives first $500 no questions asked. 

With Linode or DigitalOcean you can start with a $20 server and it'll work just fine for UNA.
