Just in case, to get a screen shot, if you are using a PC, hold down (Ctrl, Alt) at the same time and then press (PrtScn) on the keyboard (while holding down (Ctrl, Alt)). Search "paint" in windows where it says "type here to search" on the bottom navigation bar. Click on "paint" when it shows up. When "paint" opens up, hold down (Ctrl) and press (v). Your screenshot will be there. Click the "crop" button at the top and surround the part of the picture that you want to show us. Then press "crop" again and save it.
