I've had this problem for a minute and can't remember/ find the post about it.
This is what happened when I tried to delete event profile photos that weren't loading right from mobile photos.

• If you upload a pic from mobile, it won't delete the previous picture and keeps stacking them on top of each other... see attachment
• I had to go into the actual database to be able to delete them.
• Even after deleting them out of the DB it still wouldn't load a picture right...

Note: I don't know if this was fixed in the last update.
