Indeed we need live-video streaming. It's planned for v10, as there are quite a few considerations to take into account. Video streaming requires RTMS (real-time media server) like Wowza or Red5Pro running in the backend and it may require significant "buffer" in your server processing capacity. Generally smaller sites rely on remote service like Wowza Cloud, which is likely to be the first option we'll be offering, as running own RTMS immediately pushes running costs up to at least $200/mo per site, even at smaller scale.
