The problem showed when we needed to show the Start Guide block and a reply to comment block conent without margins on desktop to align with blocks that do show a background. As a result buttons like Post would stick to edges. 

I suppose we could keep edge to edge blocks on mobile, and create spearate instances for desktop and mobile with same Content but different margin settings, but I think that we must force Cards to be sticky because we have no settings for them and it becomes default behaviour. Or we’d have to add a setting to template for “edge to edge cards”.
