How about a change to the upload process as well so that when a video is uploaded the user gets a screen that is a thumbnail or says - "Successfully Uploaded" or really anything other than the 3 dots on a blank screen, which to our users looks a lot like the universal screen for "something is missing."   If you upload  on other platforms it's very straightforward and clear what is going on.  On UNA it's a mystery.

This seems like a simple fix.
