That's the thing too. I didn't get any error email for this. I received an error email about something else on a different occasion, so I know the emails work but I didn't get one for this.
So how did you reach the message about DB error? Did you get it on the screen? If yes then you should have the message about it anyway. You may also the files in the logs folder of UNA.
