Yes, Jeremy. It happened to everyone and were already dealing with the aftermath. Surprisingly a lot of people were quite understanding. 

The issue occurred due to a rather unexpected CRON behaviour when sending large amounts of letter at once. Not the MassMailer issue, but still something we need to address (evidently). Perhaps Alex T⚜️ Will share specific details on Monday.
