We went with NGINX, no Control Panel. All access outside of Studio is done via SFTP or SSH. We started with a General Purpose CPU as we were doing early deployment and development. We upgraded to Premium CPU Optimized recently as we near our beta release in October. We deployed our Jitsi server on a second droplet that was Premium Memory-Optimized and established a separate Spaces for remote storage of Jitsi recordings which is a cheaper cost to store content than AWS or others.
