I have 17 actions active with 3 social media share included. This is the bottom action menu with just two items. UNA v13.0.0 login as admin

Looks like you've enabled 'Actions' block instead of 'All Actions' one. It's a common set of blocks for all content modules in UNA.
I have All Actions and Share active but blocks do not display content. I have contacted ABQ Soft with this problem in Articles mod as well.
