Artificer Theme Menu Problem in UNA 15

UNA 15 has some interesting new features like the creative block and I like it. I noticed a problem with Artificer theme after I installed Protean. First of all, the Protean Site menu did not work, then later it did, but the Artificer Site menu ceased to load across the top bar of the page and was in a vertical position. Also, the footer links appeared in what was like a left side bar in a vertical position.

I am thinking that there is a conflict between the css of the two themes. Now this might be a problem relative to my host, however if anyone else has encountered this let me know, so I can see if it is the host configuration I am using. I could install this in my Xampp offline server and see if I have the same problem there.

Well, I decided to deactivate Artificer and use Protean for the time being.
