Auto Loggout and Login Problems

Hello,

sometimes when i use a link on Site the system logged me out or when i logout out manually and likes to login new, i have a rotation between Login and registration window, but can´t login.

Than i need to wait ca. 15 min and the login works.

      Did you try to reproduce it with another browser? What is your current where do you see such troubles?

      • So I often noticed the error when you e.g. clicks on the messenger or logs out and wants to log in again directly.

        I've observed this with Opera, IE and Firefox browsers - as soon as you log out and want to log in directly, you have a rotation between the login page and the registration page, but you can't log in, you have to wait about 15 minutes, then does it work again or via a different browser, then it works too.

        At first I thought it was because of my server change, but it also appeared after the complete reinstallation and the last update on B1

          I cannot reproduce that bevior. For me, everything works okay. Tried it on Chrome and Edge. UNA13-B1, self-hosted.

          • Possible it might be the JS / AJAX error. Do you have the possibility to check the browser console error log?

            • The problem is ... all my members have same problem .. its not only me
