BUG: Messenger attachments not showing for s3 storage

When in messenger, if I try to send an image or a file, the upload completes fine. When I press send, the message is blank.

Again, this is with s3 storage working elsewhere on the site (videos, images, etc).

    • I had to set messenger storage manually to Local. Now it is working again, however, this is a place where a lot of storage will be needed. This should work with s3 storage. Something is definitely wrong.

      I'm hoping we can get a fix for this quickly.

            Messenger utilizes private options for storing files from each chat. This means that it requires additional credentials when saving data to another storage system that depends on it. There might be an authentication issue with your storage when attempting to save the file. Could you please check the browser console to see if there are any errors when you try to save ? Alternatively, would it be possible for me to access your site for testing purposes to check this issue?
