Color Issue with Main Buttons in Post Box/Body

My button colors appear to have changed after upgrading to V11 and I cannot find where to adjust those colors. 

I'm in Studio > Decorous > Styles
When I go to   > Body > Icons Color   that will adjust the color of the picture within the circles, but I am wanting to make the circles black.

They were like the buttons seen in the comment section in the picture below:
