conforming email address sends to 404 page

After changing my email address in my profile, it sent a confirmation letter. I clicked on the link and it confirmed the email, then it sent me to a 404 page:

site-com/page/edit-persons-profile

I haven't met smth similar before. Did you smth in the code or confirmation email template?

I haven't done anything. I changed the email as the site admin.
