Creating "Group" in "Organization"
Is it possible to create closed groups in Organization module and can has their own posts, discussions, ..etc? If so, how?

Be default, it can't be done. But you may create the organization opened for friends only and create your groups there.

About the first part of your question - yes, creating a closed group inside of space is impossible. The visibility of the "child content" is dependent on the parent. About the second part - humm, you can't create spaces inside other spaces.

You are right…the dynamic of parent and child spaces is different. The child space isn’t inside the parent.
