Database query error - Organization

Hello everyone, I am experiencing a database query error on a newly installed Organization module on the latest update.

Error Log actually say a table doesn't exist but I checked and confirmed the table exists. No profile has been created successfully. I need help.

      Could you please share the body of the error query and in what moment exactly you've got this error?

      • Thanks, I reviewed the error Log under sys_db.log and found there were column in the field list (among custom fields created) having names in form different from what's on the database.

        So I corrected the names and form was able to successfully submit. Resolved.
