Disable Scroll Bar Display ALL Browsers
How is it possible to do such in disabling the linked right side slide bar within the platform or template css itself, has anyone have any idea?

The bar located on the very right hand side of the page that is currently being displayed.

Seems you need to add the following rule to BODY tag via the Styles->Custom Styles of your template:
overflow-y: hidden;
