Error in "Members" vie group submenu

When we click on "members" view group submenu it leads to an empty page, even though there are members.

Any suggestions on how to fix? is this is a bug?

    • Any log entries will help a lot. Please navigate to your installation root folder and check the /logs folder but also the date/time just so you know when last it was updated with any new entries:

      Run tail -50 sys_modules.log for example to output the last few entries and so you can run the command with the other log files as well.

      From the dumps of those logs will we be able to understand the cause of things.

      Also tell us your unacms version.

        Could you please specify what level of visibility have those members? Do exist there the public profiles?

        • These members are publicly visible. It appears that the "members" menu items leads to a page that is not found in UNA.
