I receive an error after a new profile has been created.
With the following setting:
I also received the following error message in cPanel:
Warning in ./libraries/classes/Util.php#2604
Undefined array key "db"

The specified error is not related to UNA, it's phpMyAdmin error. Regarding UNA error - could you please specify the page URL where this error is displayed and the exact steps you did before.

I see profile is created, but then error page is shown, please describe where you click/tap go get to error page and what is the URL of the error page ?

There was no action after the submit button.

The problem is in google on my mobile.

Sorry, it doesn't like correct URL with the error, it's very less likely that https://clickandshare.net/account-profile-switcher page generates an error like on your screenshot.

Yip, I agree. I think the problem might be with the popup.
It displays no error when I tested it on my laptop with Firefox.
The error is on my cellphone using google...
