Features Block

Where is The "Featured Posts" block that is currently showing on this site? I'm unable to find it in the content modules and would like to test it. I can find featured, Discussions, Persons, Albums, just about everything but Featured Posts.

Here's what I'm referring to:

It can be found via Studio->Pages->Add New block->Posts area, the first item in the list, "Featured Posts".

The Post Module is installed but doesn't show up in Studio. That must be the issue.

Thanks. That module is installed but doesn't show up in the Studio. Do you know why that is?
