Group/Space Internal notifications?
What do Internal Notifications affect, when you enable that setting for groups, events, spaces, etc.

If this parameter is enabled then UNA will send the updates like "Invitation to the group" via the site's notifications.

Ok, so if it is disabled, then people wont get any notifications for updates in the group?
It is not really clear for me what it affects still.
What happens when you don't enable it?

Does it include only "invitation to the group" or will it override any of the below email notifications that people typically get from groups/events? -
Yes, only invitations, according to this ticket https://github.com/unaio/una/issues/2973
